LEONARD (LEN) GAMACHE It is with deep sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Len on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the age of 57 years. Len is lovingly remembered by his siblings Anita (Roméo) Therrien, Annette Morrison, Dolorèse (Dan) Cole, Hervé (Marie) and Albert (Irène) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfrid and Georgina and one infant brother Ronald. Len was born on December 28, 1951, in Laurier, MB. He received his Bachelor of Science and his Bachelor in Education from the University of Manitoba and has spent more then 20 years teaching in Northern Manitoba. Len was liked not only by his students but also by the teachers and parents. A moment of silence and a prayer was observed by the students, parents and teachers at Pelican Lake School the following day. Cremation has taken place and Prayers will be held on Friday, July 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Cross Parish, 252 Dubuc Street. Interment will take place at the St. Boniface Cemetery.
