Cameron was born on July 25, 1985, passionately lived the width of his life, and died as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident near Dinsmore, SK on July 4, 2010. Cameron is eternally loved by his proud parents Cameron and Barbara (nee Klips), older sister Jessica (fiancé Scott), and younger brother Morgan. He is survived by his Grampa Clyde McLeod (Oakbank, MB), and Grampa Jack and Gramma Joan Klips (Transcona, MB). He is predeceased by his Great-Gramma Augusta Klips, Gramma Mary McLeod, and Great-Granny Mary Andrusiak. Cameron will be forever cherished by all of his loving aunts and uncles: Rosemary (Meron) Chabluk; Lauren (Blake) Delgaty; Keith (Jana) Klips; Gary (Darlene) Klips; Leslie (Larry) Wishlow; and Jacqueline (Michael) Hryciuk. He is adored and treasured by his cousins: Mick (Melissa), Alana, Scott (Nicky), Michael, Hana, Peter, Michelle, Steven, Alexander, Sidney, Lucas, extended family and friends, and his best friend, Jacek Nowak. Cameron grew up in North Delta, attended Cornerstone Montessori, Cougar Canyon Elementary, and graduated from Seaquam Secondary in 2003. Cameron was a born leader, a natural teacher, and the team voted captain of his North Delta Midget AAA Hockey Team. He consistently led by example. Cameron attended BCIT and completed his apprenticeship as an electrician, working at MDE in Vancouver and obtaining his journeyman papers. Cam worked as a roughneck on the oilrigs with Horizon Drilling in Northern British Columbia and Alberta, in Whistler with his brother Morgan during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games, and in Saskatchewan on a construction site. During the past two months of his life, while residing in the small country town of Dinsmore, SK, Cameron made friends with everyone he met and with a wonderful woman, Kat Manson, who came to love Cameron as we all do. Cameron was a lifelong learner and his insatiable thirst for life, living, learning and exploring led him on many adventures. Whether it was hunting, fishing, camping, driving his beloved Dodge diesel truck, or being on his prized property in Princeton, BC, Cameron was truly at his best in the great outdoors. Handsome, strong, wise, funny, and loving, Cameron's charm and contagious smile lit up any room he walked into and the face of every friend he met. Cameron had a strong sense of self and family; he knew who he was. Cameron lived, laughed, and loved every day of his life by his own personal beliefs. Cameron is, was, and will always be Untouchable' and Young Forever'. A great boy who became a great man, we will forever miss you in our hearts. We love you Cameron, forever and for always. A Celebration of Cameron's Life (and what a life it was) will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at Peace Portal Alliance Church located at 15128 27B Avenue, Surrey, BC, with Pastor Joel DeFries officiating. In lieu of flowers, every once in a while when you are at Tim Horton's, please remember Cameron and make a donation to the Tim Horton's Foundation Camp for Kids to help kids live their best .
