Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR RANJITH PERERA With wonderful memories and warmest of thoughts, we announce the passing of Arthur Ranjith Perera on July 12, 2010. Ranjith was born in 1952 in Sri Lanka, where he spent his early years before immigrating to Canada with his family. He was a very kind hearted person who loved his garden and cooking. He exhibited a great will to live, battling various illnesses over the last 20 years. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Rani; his children, Rukshanthi (Ananda) and Shihan; his six siblings Callista (the late Nimal), Shirani (Sarath), Sunil (Soma), Felix Daya (Sunimal), Hugh (Eran), Nilmini (Nandalal); his mother Bella and late father Aloysius. He was able to spend precious moments with his grandchildren Maya, Kylie, and Keenan, who affectionately referred to him as candyman'. We would like to thank all the staff at HSC that took care of him, with a special mention to the staff at the Dialysis Unit and Rehab centers. Also thanks to the staff in A4 that treated him with care and dignity during his final days. Friends and family are welcome to celebrate the life of Ranjith at a gathering held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, 4588 Roblin Boulevard on Friday, July 16 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of gifts and flowers, please make a charitable donation in his memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (Manitoba), Unit 1-452 Dovercourt Drive, Winnipeg, MB.
