ANITA DEURBROUCK (nee MANAIGRE) Peacefully with family by her side, Anita Deurbrouck passed away at the Victoria General Hospital on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at the age of 63 years. Anita was predeceased by her father (Omer), mother (Ida), brothers, Armand, Gerald, Emile, Eddy and sister-in-law Terry. Anita leaves to mourn her husband of 43 years, Laurent, brothers, Arthur (Margaret) Odias, Aime (Alice), Patrick (Christine), sisters, Hermine (Leo), Yvette (Marcel), Victoire (John), Anne-Marie (Ed), the Deurbrouck family and numerous nieces and nephews. Anita worked as a nurse at the St. Boniface Hospital for over 24 years. She also enjoyed a hobby of painting. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. I, personally, wish to extend my appreciation to the staff at the Intensive Care Unit at the Victoria General Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care.
