LUCAS DIMITRIOS KRYSTIK September 18, 2008 - July 18, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet angel Lucas Dimitrios Krystik. Lucas is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Michael and Soumela Krystik; his three brothers, Braedon, Elliot and Ephraim and his sister Anastacia. He will be deeply missed by his grandparents Rick and Joyce Krystik and Theo and Carol Kekropidis; aunts and uncles, Theresa (Auntie T') and John Nicholas, Patricia (Auntie Cha Cha') Kekropidis, Ermis Kekropidis, Christopher Kekropidis, Peter Kekropidis and Dimitrios (Uncle Mitsi') Kekropidis along with all the extended family and friends. Lucas was the funniest kid in the family (says brother Elliot) and a good friend to all. He was an adventurous kid who enjoyed getting into all things from flour to jewellery boxes and siblings toothbrushes, always making a fast getaway. He kept us all on our toes. We will always love you Lucas. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at McIvor Avenue Mennonite Brethren Church, 200 McIvor Ave. Memorial donations may be made to Faith Bible Camp, P.O.Box 42059, RPO Ferry Road, Winnipeg, MB, R3J 3X7.

  • Lucas was a very funny and cute kid. It is very sad to hear Lucas is not here with us any more but hes still in my heart. Lucas always looked at me as a stranger, the funny thing is im great with kids they all love me. I still remember the last day Lucas was here with us on earth, he finaly said 'goodbye...Cody'. He finaly said goodbye and said my name he even hugged me. He was the most happyest kid I knew. I couldnt wait till next sunday to see him again, but he wasnt there or the next week after that. Then the week after my family was eating supper and my mom told us the news Lukas had past away and my heart crumbled, the same day Lucas said goodbye to me he died just a few hours later. The worst thing about it is his funeral was on my birthday so I couldnt go because I made plans with friends. For a few months after his passing I couldnt go swimming. I just kept thinking about him. I will never forget him but the time I remember him the most is on my birthday. He is now in a better place with God and soon we all can be back with him and yes with his red wagon too. I will pray for you krystic family and may God be with you. Bye Lucas. - Posted by: Cody Krawec (friend [church]) on: Feb 10, 2013
