Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH MARGARET HEINISCH February 19, 1930 - July 20, 2010 Peacefully on July 20, 2010 Ruth slipped away from us to sing with the angels. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Gerhart Heinisch and is survived by her son Peter and wife Melissa of Edmonton; two daughters, Margaret and Lee Smith, Monica-Lee and Ross Deamel and two grandchildren, Samantha and Drew Deamel. Born in Regina, SK Ruth and Gerhart moved to Winnipeg shortly after being married and raised their family. There Ruth returned to singing and participated in a few operas blessing the community with her beautiful voice. In keeping with Ruth's wishes a private service will be held.
