PAUL LITCHIE June 15, 1913 July 24, 2010 Peacefully on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Riverview Health Centre, Paul passed away at the age of 97 years. He was predeceased by Pauline, his wife for 71 years and his brothers Steve and Bob. Paul is survived by his children Virginia (Vic) Marusyk, Bud (Barbara) Litchie, Kathy (Richard) Gower, 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dad and Mom lived in Pine Ridge for 21 years, which is now Bird's Hill Park and relocated on Garven Road for the next 40 years. After retirement Dad enjoyed fixing everything and anything and his computer skills had brought him many hours of joy and entertainment in keeping in touch with family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Paul's life will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Seasons Funeral Chapel 576 Balsam Crescent in Oakbank, Manitoba. Interment will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery. We wish to thank the wonderful staff on the 4th floor at Riverview for their great care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Manitoba Cancer Care.
