ANGELA FRECHETTE (née Sylvestre) Paisiblement, entourée de sa famille, notre chère maman et mémère nous a quitté le mercredi 28 juillet, 2010 à l'âge de 87 ans pour aller retrouver ceux qui l'ont précédé dont son cher époux Lionel, ses parents Francis et Ubaldine, ses frères Alcide, Gabriel et Marcel, et sa soeur Lucienne. Elle laisse dans le deuil son fils Gilles (Céline), sa fille Jacqueline Erskine (Campbell), ses petits-enfants Rémi (Donna), Shane, Nesline (Robert), Fabien, Miriam, Samuel and ses arrière-petits-enfants Alex, Sophia, Jazmyn, Kai, Isabel, Jiselle, et Reece. Maman laisse aussi sa soeur Florence Monin (Eugène), sa belle-soeur Léa Sylvestre ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Mom was born on September 2, 1922 in the town of Bellegarde, Saskatchewan. At the age of 22 she ventured to the big city of Winnipeg where she met and married Lionel. She enjoyed being a stay at home mom in her earlier years, and later made her life about serving God and her church, selflessly putting others before herself. She had an immense love for her children and grandchildren. She was gifted in many ways and we have been blessed to have been left with a legacy of teachings along with a beautifully written memoire of her life. Les funérailles seront célébrées le lundi 2 ao t à 14 h 00 en la Cathédrale de Saint-Boniface, présidées par son neveu Mgr Albert Fréchette. Visionnement à partir de 13 h 00. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Boniface Cathedral, with viewing starting at 1:00 p.m. Au lieu des fleurs, vous êtes invités à faire un don en sa mémoire au Centre Flavie-Laurent, 164 rue Marion à Winnipeg.
