MICHAEL SCOTT NIKKEL 1974 - 2010 On Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Michael Nikkel aged 36 years, of Altona, MB went to his eternal rest. He is survived by his parents, Larry and Laura Nikkel of Winkler; two brothers, Tony and Char Nikkel of Morden, Steve and Michele Nikkel of Winkler and their families as well as his grandmother, Susan Hildebrand. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Henry E. Nikkel, Elizabeth Nikkel and Ben Hildebrand. Viewing will be Wednesday (today) from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, 121 8th St. in Winkler and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church, 120 Pineview Dr. with interment to follow at Westridge Memorial Gardens, Winkler.
