KADEN PAUL REMILLARD January 17, 2008 August 25, 2010 Kaden Paul Remillard's spirit was peacefully set free while he lay in the arms of his parents on August 25, 2010 following a valiant life long battle. His final days at the Children's Hospital were spent in the company of those who loved him and were inspired by his constant courage and bravery which he demonstrated every day of his very memorable life. Kaden, lovingly referred to as sonny, handsome, lil man, baby boy, sunny bunny bear or hanny banany found comfort in cuddling close to those he loved so much. He will always be remembered for his stylish hair, his shyness, love for his drum set and laptop and most especially for his fondness of an affectionate game of pat-pats. Kaden is survived by his loving parents Paul and Candace Remillard, sister Elle, Grandparents Ken and Sharon Lofgren, Victor and Fay Remillard, Great Grandma Marion Johnson, Aunts and Uncles Michele and Paul Scharf, Denise and Dave Purpur, Lori Lofgren and Jackie Schollie as well as cousins Colin, Joel Darren and Rachel. We are thankful for the people involved with his care over the last two and one half years; doctors, nurses, respiratory technicians and all of the fantastic and supportive staff from HSC Children's CH4, PICU, emergency and PSCU teams. It was only because of their kindness and support and that of our Respite workers that we had the ability to share as much time with our precious son as we did. We would like to especially thank his pediatrician Dr. Grimes, his neurologist Dr. Booth and the entire neurology team for the dedication, care and guidance they have shown to our entire family. May you run free of all your worldly constraints and find safety, rest, peace and comfort in God's loving arms. We love you and miss you so much son; you are forever in our hearts. We will one day be together again. Viewing will be held between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28, 2010 also at the chapel. Interment will follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, a donation can be made to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba CE501-840 Sherbrook Street Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada R3A 1S1 GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
