  • My Aunt Lillian was loved by everyone! In my younger days she called me tevie! I loved her laugh and all the encouragement she gave me. I was very fortunate to have worked at Broadway Florist Polo Park with her husband, my Uncle Chris for 6 years. Together they helped me achieve my goals in life. I really miss and love them dearly. Aunt Lillian, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The world had lost an amazing woman but the countless memories are in my heart. • Lillian Cholakis did indeed epitomize grace and charm however higher learning was her modus operandi. She was my teacher at the Convent for 3 years. Each day I waited for her to walk into our class, filled with the goal of teaching us all the many life skills she herself knew. Lillian made an impact on my life from the moment I met her, and I'll bet she made the same for all the rest of the Convent girls - a lady indeed and an intelligent one, as well. My deepest condolences to all her family. She was magnificent! Suzanne McMurray Vancouver BC - Posted by: suzanne McMurray (Family) on: Aug 31, 2010
