Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVA HALUK On Wednesday, September 22, 2010, Eva Haluk passed away peacefully at home at the age of 86 years. Left to cherish her memory are her only daughter, Irene Kusie; grandchildren, Michael, Daniel (Dale), Stefan and great-grandson Ethan. She was predeceased by her husband Mike. Eva was born February 2, 1924 in Lubienec, Poland. She came to Canada in 1949 where she met and married Mike Haluk in 1954. Together they successfully ran Haluk's Meats and Groceries for many years. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 29, also at the Cathedral with Fr. V. Bashutskyy officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pomich Ukraina or a charity of one's choice. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
