Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryILSE RIESENBERGER It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of Ilse Riesenberger on October 02, 2010, at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her husband Alfred Riesenberger, her daughter Suzanne Riesenberger and son-in-law Bob Solinske and will be greatly missed by both family and friends. Ilse was born in Berlin, Germany on December 14, 1928. It was during her move to Canada that she met her future husband of 54 years, Alfred Riesenberger. Together they moved several times throughout Manitoba, including to the Whiteshell, where they owned and operated a small business together. Ilse was also employed as an assistant manager at Fabric Land while she lived in Winnipeg and eventually moved to Elie for her retirement. Ilse was a talented seamstress and her talent for cooking gave us great pleasure. She enjoyed travelling, but most of all Ilse enjoyed spending time with family and friends. A celebration of Ilse's life will be held on Friday, October 08, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., with reception to follow. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
