Surrounded by her loving family, Penny passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Ste. Rose General Hospital at the age of 30 years. Traditional wake and prayers will be offered on Wednesday, November 17, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Ebb and Flow Community Complex, Ebb and Flow First Nation. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ebb and Flow Community Complex. Traditional Healer Keith Pashe will officiate with the interment following in the Ebb and Flow Cemetery. Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Services, Ste.
