Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOPHIE MALINOWSKI 1921 - 2010 Peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2010 at Holy Family Nursing Home, Sophie Malinowski passed away at the age of 89 years. Cremation has taken place and no service will be held. The family would like to thank the staff at Holy Family Nursing Home for all the special care they provided for Sophie over the last two years. Sophie, such a hard rock but deep down a beautiful soul who I became extremely close with. You were not just my neighbour but you became my family, you became my grandma, a great role model with great advice. I loved hearing all of your stories from the past, I enjoyed sitting with you on the front porch and most of all, I loved how much you loved my little girl. You watched over us then and I'm sure you're watching over us now! I am so sorry your last 2 years of life was so lonely, I wish I would have visited more often, my last visit with you was a sad one and believe me a hard one but please do know I think of you often and thank you.
