Bryan died at his home in Manitou on January 9, 2011 at the age of 77. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Darlingford Hall, in Darlingford, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Laurie Simpson officiating. Private interment will be held at the Manitou Cemetery in Manitou, Manitoba.
