Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY LALONDE (nee MCLAREN) 1918 - 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Dorothy on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at the age of 92. Left to cherish her memory are her children Bill (Brenda), Kim and Dawn, her grand-children Rick (Becky), Renée (Peter), Devin (Angela), Desirée, Melissa (Jeff) and her great-grandchildren Maddison, Keifer, Aimée and Arianna. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Aime, granddaughter Aimée, and great-grandson Hunter. Dorothy was born in Starbuck, MB. Her career in nursing began in Moose Jaw, SK. After her marriage she resided in Sudbury, ON and Winnipeg, MB. She devoted many years to various activities at Crestview United Church. She loved to travel and enjoyed attending a wide variety of cultural events. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 13, at 1:00 p.m. at Crestview United Church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
