BHUPINDER KAUR GREWAL (nee SIDHU) Bhupinder Kaur Grewal (nee Sidhu) with her family by her side peacefully passed away on January 12, 2011 at the age of 66 at the St. Boniface Hospital and will be lovingly remembered. She is survived by her husband Jasmer Grewal, daughter Jaspreet Deol (Surinder), daughter Jasvir Cheema (Amanjit), daughter Sukhjeet Sidhu (Sundeep) and son Sukhwant Grewal (Rani) and grandchildren Renu Deol, Navi Deol, Shawn Deol, Roveen Cheema, Gurman Cheema, Dilkash Sidhu, Gurniaz Sidhu, Karm Grewal and Manraj Grewal. She is also survived by one older brother and three younger sisters and leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews together with their families. She was predeceased by her parents Randhir Singh Sidhu and Hardial Kaur Sidhu. Bhupinder was born on October 24, 1944 in Chak No. 143 EB, Montgumry in Pakistan and later settled with her family in Aligharh, Punjab, India after the India and Pakistan partition. She immigrated to Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her family in September 1992 where she has lived since. A thank you is extended to the staff of Saint Boniface Hospital for the assistance and care over the past four months; a special thank you to Dr. Lee for all his help over this time. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thomson In the Park Funeral Home and Cemetery on 1291 McGillivray Blvd., followed by a service at the Gurudwara Kalghidar Darbar on 2762 King Edward Street in Winnipeg.
