He continued to live life in the dark, working many night shifts, walking colicky babies and having a few nocturnal dogs that needed attention especially at night. In his spare time he worked with various hockey associations with coaching and registrations, he enjoyed gardening, and working with wood. Generally though he enjoyed puttering, he got so good at puttering, he earned himself the name Putt Putt by his workmates at Western Grocers. Glenn was a very gentle, quiet, caring person and this showed up in his love for his children and grandchildren. He looked forward to his days fixing things with Zach and teasing Dakota. Glenn was very proud to be a father and grandfather and took this duty very seriously. Glenn is survived by his wife Jean, son Geoff (Nicole), daughter Gabie, son Gregg (Jennilee Traa), grandchildren Cobi, Dakota and Zachary, brother Ken (Angie) and their family, brother Earl (Florence), sister Grace (Griff), and sister Corry (Ken) and their family.
