EWALD WALDEMAR TONN Peacefully, with his family and friends by his side Ewald Tonn passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2011, at the age of 61 years. Ewald is survived by his loving wife Margaret Adeline Tonn, daughters Nadine, Andrea, Chantille. He also leaves to mourn eight sisters, two brothers, close friend Darcy Strutt, as well as many other family and friends. Ewald Waldemar Tonn, known as Ed to most, was a hard-working contractor/carpenter, a Christian man, a father, friend, and teacher. The family would like to thank Edwald's siblings and friends for their unrelenting love and support, which continued with the care they showed him until the time of his passing. Many thanks also to staff at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care ward for their care and kindness. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 17, at 11:00 a.m. at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1314 Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ed's memory to CancerCare Manitoba. 586-8044
