Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD (TED) CULLIMORE FENTON Ted peacefully passed away at home on Thursday, January 19, 2011. Ted was predeceased by his wife Ruth and daughter Roslyn. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Mabel and her husband Eric McRorie; his son Rick and his wife Nancy; his son-in-law David Farlinger; his grandchildren Kristin, Scott, Shannon, Tom, Tannis, Jenny and Michelle; and his great-grandchildren Greydon, Ethan, Avery, Noah, Kaleigh and Owen. He will also be missed by his friends and colleagues Art, Ester, Ina and Lori; as well by Tom Ford and his sister Pat, Barry and Connie Mitchell, and many nieces and nephews. Ted lived most of his life in Winnipeg. He married Ruth in 1937 and was a truly devoted husband, father, Grandad and great grandfather. He worked as a Chartered Accountant for over 65 years, first for the City of St. Boniface and then his own practice of Moran Fenton, working into his 90s. Ted had a kind spirit and a sharp wit; he remained unassuming and hard working throughout his life. He was blessed with many wonderful friends and neighbours at the Waverley Retirement Community. He will be sorely missed. Family would like to thank the staff at the Waverley and Rosewood, as well as the staff from Home Care who made his last years so comfortable.
