LAWRENCE KRISTIAN JORGINSON Peacefully, on Sunday, January 23, 2011, at the Tudor House Personal Care Home, with his family by his side, Lawrence Jorginson, passed away at the age of 88 years. Dad was predeceased by his wife Christine on April 25, 1990. He is survived by his two sons Larry (Millie) and Glenn (Tracy); grandchildren Deborah, Laurel, Patrick, Edward, Robert (Tarla); great-grandchildren Sabriena and Jade, as well as many nieces and nephews. Dad was born on June 4, 1922 in Selkirk, MB, he grew up in Selkirk and married Christine (Dragon) on March 14, 1944. He drove for his brothers Ted and Barney for many years at Ted's Taxi in Selkirk, he was also a driver for re-nu cleaners for a few years. He ended his career driving for Magnus Magnusson at Will's Taxi until his retirement. A private family interment of ashes will be held at St. Clement's Cemetery. The family would like to thank all who helped out in dad's later years, Pam and Leona for their visits, everyone at homecare who helped dad and for the kindness of everyone at Tudor House for making dad at home during his stay, thank you everyone.
