Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEWART WILLIAM COCHRANE We regret to announce the death at Vancouver General Hospital on January 22, 2011, of Stewart William Cochrane at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Norrie, of Oyama, BC; one daughter, Laura Cochrane of Kelowna; two sons, David (Tracey) Cochrane of West Kelowna and Craig (Jodi) Cochrane of Lake Country; five grandchildren; mother, Mildred (Wayne) Keebaugh; sisters, June (Les) Brent, Kelly (Terry) Harder; brothers, Richard (Jackie), Patrick (Joan), aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Stewart was born in Winnipeg. He was with Revenue Canada for over 20 years in Winnipeg, Halifax, and Saskatoon and moved to Vernon, BC in 1992 in the hotel and orchard business. A Celebration of Life Service was held at Trinity United Church on Friday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Bob Thompson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Stewart may be made to the Rick Hansen Foundation, 300 - 3820 Cessna Drive, Richmond, BC V7B 0A2.
