GAIL ELIZABETH COOMBS February 8, 1955 - February 3, 2011 It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Gail Elizabeth Coombs, who died far too young after a brave journey with ovarian cancer. Gail was cherished by her husband David and enjoyed a 38 year romance which produced their two children, Sherri (Coombs) Saindon and Bobby Coombs. Along with their children, Gail will be sadly missed by Sherri's and Bobby's spouses, Steve and Jill whom she has impacted with love beyond words. Gail (Grandma, Baba) will forever live in the hearts of her grand-children, Matthew, Lauren, Shay, Jonah, Asher, Joshua and Jack. Gail was the middle child of a loving family (Harold and Ruth Brenn), the love that she has for her siblings is a true testimony of family love which she also exuded to her nieces and nephews and the love of all children to whom related or not became Auntie a blessing that she held very dear to her heart. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, Monday, February 7 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. Friends will be received at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on her birthday, Tuesday, February 8 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at Heritage Cemetery. There will be a gathering back at the chapel for fellowship. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations to CancerCare Manitoba, 1109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 would be greatly appreciated.
