VERLA ISABEL MACDONALD Verla Isabel MacDonald beloved wife of the late Richard Dick MacDonald passed away on February 24, 2011 at the Minnedosa Health Centre at the age of 79 years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Minnedosa United Church, Minnedosa, MB. Interment will take place in the Minnedosa Cemetery. Donations may be made to Delta Waterfowl, Unit 22-62 Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1M5 or Minnedosa Regional Events Centre, P.O. Box 1425 Minnedosa, MB R0J 1E0.   • Verla was a lovely woman; always true to her friends and a real tonic to everybody in her midst. She was strong and her love for her husband and family is a true testement to goodness in this life. I really miss being able to go next door to visit - knowing that she would always be so solid and there, and up to go forward towards a cause.
