Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE (EUPHROSINE) CHAMBERLAND (nee YEZEWSKI) It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Rose, age 88, on February 18, 2011 at the River East Personal Care Home. She will be lovingly missed by her daughter Katrine Frost, grandchildren Scott Frost and Tanya Frost and great-grandchildren Douglas and Jayden. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at River East Personal Care Home for their care and support. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
