At the beginning of the Second World War she met a young soldier, William Charles, from Prince Albert, SK in Winnipeg, they stayed in touch for five years, after returning from the war they were married in 1946. Elizabeth will be greatly missed by her daughters Margaret Chevrefils (Ron), Deborah Nogier (Francis), Barbara Russell (Ross) and son Phillip (Lisa).
