NICHOLAS (NICK) GORY After a life dedicated to helping people become financially comfortable, Nicholas (Nick) Gory, The Investors Man , died Saturday, March 12, 2011, at the age of 92, at the Maples Personal Care Home. Survived by wife Olive, son Brian and daughter Pat and predeceased by son Garth and sister Ollie, Nick had been a top representative for Investors Group for more than three decades. Before that, he had operated a real estate company, worked as an accountant and sold farm machinery. His many talents extended to doing a lot of work on a cottage at Falcon Lake where the family spent much pleasurable time golfing, boating, swimming and enjoying his specialty - barbequed steaks. Special thanks are extended to those who comforted him in his final years: home-care workers, Seven Oaks Hospital staff and caregivers at the Maples. It was his desire there should be no service.
