MARK EDWARD ANDERSON August 2, 1923 - March 17, 2011 With deep sadness the family of Mark Anderson announces his passing on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Oakview Place. He was predeceased by his parents, all his siblings as well as his first wife Anjie. Mark is survived by his loving wife Velma Ingleton, daughters Sheree and Gail, stepchildren Karen (Wayne) Macksey, Richard (Susan) Ingleton, Ann (Kerry) Maskiew, Sandra (Jim) Leppanen, Michael, Debbie, Howard Ingleton and Kyra, 19 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Mark worked for London Records and the Winnipeg Convention Centre until his retirement. The family wishes to thank the home care workers who helped while at home, and the staff of the Third Floor at Oakview Place for their kind, dignified, professional and compassionate care. Mark was very happy and content being there. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 25 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Community Church, West Perimeter, south of Roblin Blvd. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark's memory may be made to Oakview Place, 2395 Ness Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3J 1A5 or the Alzheimer's Society, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
