YVONNE MARIE DESJARLAIS-PARKIN December 25, 1965 - March 30, 2011 It is with extreme sadness that Yvonne's family announces her passing on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. In her short life Yvonne has touched many lives and will be remembered as a beautiful free spirit whose laugh was infectious and a smile that would light up a room. She will be sadly missed by her devoted and loving husband Dennis Parkin; her son Marc Rene, who was her pride and joy; proud parents, Lina and Rene Desjarlais; brother Guy; and sister-in-law Toula; nephews, Ryan, Ian and Vance; grandparents, Leo and Cecilia Allard, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We will remember the smiles and laughter; the joy and sunny days, for those are the sweet memories that we will cherish. Rest in peace our dearest Yvonne, au revoir ma belle. As per Yvonne's wishes, a celebration for her family and friends will be held at a later date.
