Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN PIDSKALNY March 22, 1916 - April 7, 2011 With family by his side, John Pidskalny passed away peacefully in the early hours of April 7, 2011 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 95. He is survived by his children: Fr. Peter Pidskalny, CSsR of Yorkton, SK; Sr. Anne Pidskalny, SSMI of Winnipeg, MB; Genevieve (Allan) Morris of Portage la Prairie, MB; Jo-Anne Heuser of Calgary, AB; Fr. Joseph Pidskalny, OSBM of Edmonton, AB; his grandchildren: Becky, Jeffrey (Karen), Michael (Heather) Morris, Paul and David Heuser, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial Prayers will be celebrated at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10 at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Ave., Winnipeg. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12 at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ethelbert, MB. Donations in John's memory may be made to: Immaculate Heart of Mary School Move the Spirit Fund, 650 Flora Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2W 2S5 (for the building of a new school); Bishop Velychkovsky Martyr's Shrine, 250 Jefferson Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2V 0M6; or Ethelbert Sts.
