JESSIE ISABEL MOORE (SINCLAIR) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jessie Isabel Moore (Sinclair) on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the Betel Home in Selkirk, MB. She was predeceased by her husband Stewart Gordon Moore (1979); parents, Jim and Mary (McQuarrie) Sinclair and siblings. She is survived by many generations of nieces and nephews. She was born November 20, 1912 at Bernie, MB. The family moved to Oak Point in January 1920, and lived in a five room house made of two box cars that were supplied by CNR. She married Stewart Gordon Moore December 14, 1934. They operated a dairy farm in Lake Frances until 1979. When Gordon passed away, Jessie moved into Oak Park Lodge in Woodlands. Jessie resided there until she moved to Betel Home in Selkirk, January 14, 2011. A special thank you to all the home care staff at Oak Park Lodge and the nurses and caregivers at Betel Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jessie's memory to a charity of one's choice. A celebration of Jessie's life will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
