MERCEDES ALFONSO FRANCISCO July 21, 1925 - April 20, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mercedes Francisco on April 20, 2011 in Winnipeg. Inang Edeng is survived by her children in Winnipeg, in Manchester, England and in Nueva Ecija, Philippines: Numeriano, Natalia, Belen, Ceferino, Cirilo, Eufronio, Adriano and Conrad; her daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nephew and nieces. Lamay will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. on Thursday, April 28 and Friday, April 29, 2011, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be said both evenings Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. with Reverend Father Rainerio Sarce officiant and Friday, April 29 at 8:30 with Reverend Father Vicente Tungolh officiant. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street, Reverend Father Vicente Tungolh celebrant. Interment in Assumption Cemetery at 3990 Portage Avenue. Reception to follow in the Mosaic Reception Centre, 1839 Inkster Blvd. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all those close friends who have continuously helped and supported us during this time of mourning.
