Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEODORE MICHAEL (TED) HLADKY Theodore Michael Ted Hladky, passed away at Fairview Home, Brandon on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at the age of 67 years, surrounded by his family: Yvonne; children: Rick (Thelma), Tracey, Chris (Sandy), stepson Brad (Stacia); grandchildren: Tatjana, Caleb, Luka, Noah and sister Irene (Denis) and nieces Nicole and Natalie. He was predeceased by Eileen, Matthew and Marilyn. Special thanks to Dr. Riche and staff at the Brandon Dialysis Unit as well as the staff at Fairview Home. In keeping with Ted's wishes, a private graveside memorial will be held at a later date. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Ted to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, Dialysis Unit, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, MB R7A 2B3 or to Fairview Home, 1351 - 13th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 4S6.
