PHYLLIS SHERBAN Quietly, early on the morning of May 21, 2011, Phyllis passed away in her sleep while in the care of West Park Manor. Phyllis is survived by her sister Dolly Dusik and Dolly's children, Nancy, Richard and great-niece Samantha. She was born on June 4, 1932 and was retired from the federal government. Phyllis was restricted in her movements but remembered fondly her trip to Israel and the many friends that she met on that trip. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home with interment at Glen Eden immediately following the service. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Grace Hospital for their many efforts during Phyllis' recent stay, the staff and residents of Charleswood Personal Care Home where she had resided for the last year and most recently, West Park Manor for their kindnesses and support during this period; the staff of Glen Eden and those who showed caring to Phyllis in her later years.
