Steffie was predeceased by her husband Walter Melnyk. She was also predeceased by her parents Andrew and Anna Witko; and her brothers, Frank, Tom, Walter, Kaszmir, Michael and Ted; her sisters Nellie Herda and Alma Horodski. She is survived by her sister Frances Szalanski, brother-in-law William Horodyski and numerous nieces and nephews as well as her good friend Doreen Davis. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery.
