JOSE DE SOUSA PEREIRA It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Pereira on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the age of 77. Jose is survived by his loving wife Maria Gilda and will be sadly missed by his children Dalia (Joe) Pereira, Joe (Andrea) Pereira, Mario (Kim) Pereira, grandchildren Stefanie, Cory, Amanda, Ryan, Isabella and Aiden. Also survived by his siblings Augusto (Maria) Raposo, Almerinda Cabral, and Aldina (Ares) Da Cunha, as well as numerous nephews and nieces. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 26 at 6:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street North. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 27 at 9:00 a.m. at the same location. Entombment will follow at Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Jose's memory to the Manitoba Lung or Canadian Diabetes Association. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
