Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARMENIA FURTADO Peacefully, on August 4, 2011, Armenia Furtado passed away at St. Boniface Hospital at 75 years of age. Armenia was born May 24, 1936, in Sao Miguel, Azores. She is survived by her husband Manuel, one brother and one sister, two daughters Filomena (Joao) and Madeline, and three sons Carlos, Gilbert, and Rogerio (Ginette); granddaughters Kathleen, Sharon, and Ann Marie and one great-granddaughter Kayleigh and many nieces, nephews and cousins, here and back home. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Boniface hospital for their care. Prayers will be held on Monday, August 8, at 8:00 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 9, at 9:00 a.m., both at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N.
