JAY LEWIS It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Jay Lewis on Friday, September 9, 2011, at the age of 55 years. He died peacefully after a brief but courageous battle with a sudden illness at the Health Sciences Centre. On Friday, September 16, 2011 a Celebration of Jay's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Drive.
