Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMASINA GWEN HAWRYLUK July 3, 1948 - September 23, 2011 After a long battle with COPD, with her family by her side, Thomasina (age 63) was called home by God on her favourite day of the year. Thomasina was a proud, loving and strong single Mother to Casandra Robinson (Hawryluk) her only beloved child. They shared an extremely close bond. She adored her son-in-law Richard and loved him like a son. She was a fierce protector, gentle/loving/kind Nana of her cherished grandchildren, Chase and Dylan. She is survived by her much-loved sisters, Bonnie Wells (Bryan Wells) of Langley, BC, Sandy Randall of Langley, BC and her brother Robert (Bobby) Hawryluk of Winnipeg, MB as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Thomasina lived for her family and often said they are my pride and my joy . She will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten. An intimate celebration of Thomasina's life took place Monday, September 26, 2011 at Capital Memorial Gardens. Only her family was present as per her wishes.
