Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARNOLD THEODORE STAERKLE August 6, 1926 - September 27, 2011 Passed away in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 85 due to complications from pneumonia. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Margaret (Peggy); son David (Lori); daughter Elisabeth (Marty Dowson); grandson Ryan (Patricia), grandson Alex, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Arnold and Hedwig Staerkle, sister Cyd (Archie Capham) and granddaughter Gennifer. Many thanks to the staff of 10Y at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre and 6W, Robbins Pavilion, Royal Alexandra Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, the Alberta SPCA, the World Wildlife Federation or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
