WALTER MARSH April 11, 1937 - October 11, 2010 In loving memory of our father and grandfather. A Father Lost When you lose your father You lose your rock The one who could be counted on no matter what His wisdom His advice Your best friend. Childhood memories only he knew Good, intelligent, witty conversation Stories only Dad could tell. I do my best to be strong for those who need me But it is I who needs someone strong. The ache in my heart continues with no comfort It increases everyday for everyday I think of you And miss you more It could be comforted, healed and warm again With one of your fatherly hugs But there is no hug ... you are gone There is no end to this This is an eternal hurt. I will take my cue from you And do what I have to do As there are people who count on me too. Rest in peace Dad And I will try to live the same. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by Ron, Karen and families.
