WIESLAW JEZAK It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Wieslaw on October 23, 2011 at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 62 years. Wieslaw leaves to mourn his wife Elzbieta, and sons Jarek and Wojtek. He also leaves to mourn his brother and sisters with their families in Poland, sisters-in-law with families, and many other family members and friends. The family wishes to thank Seven Oaks General Hospital for their excellent care and as well to the Polish Gymnastic Association SOKOL - Winnipeg for continuous support and help. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Parish, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will be on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery, 4387 Main Street.
