Her son-in-law Doug always said that Joan used so much wool that there are a lot of shivering sheep. Joan enjoyed travelling and in particular the many years she spent wintering in Texas where en-route, they never missed a Wal-Mart. In later years, Joan and Ray enjoyed many worldly cruises. Joan loved to play Bingo and was considered to be pretty lucky. Many thanks to the staff at Steinbach Bethesda Hospital. Joan couldn't have had better treatment. Special thanks to Dr. Wowk, Nurse Monique, and the numerous other nurses who tended to our loving wife, mother and grandmother. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
