ROBERT JORDAN It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Jordan on Friday, October 28, 2011, at the age of 68. Bob passed away peacefully with his family beside, while under compassionate care at St. Boniface Hospital. Preceded by his mother, Agnus; father, Orville; and his two brothers, Dave and Wayne. Bob is lovingly remembered by his wife, Colleen; son, Shane; and granddaughter, Keira. A service to celebrate his life, open to all his friends and family, will be held at his Legion, 300 Trent Ave., Winnipeg, MB, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2011 (please wear an item of green for Bob's favourite colour). Bob touched so many with his kindness, generosity, desire to help, and love for life. In lieu of flowers, and in recognition of his lifelong valiant battle, a donation can be made in his honour to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Dear Uncle Bob, The passages of our lives may have kept us at a distance, but I consider the few times we shared together very special. I will remember your warm and friendly spirit, your strength, your voice, your laugh, and the many stories you so joyfully shared with me. I take comfort knowing that you are free from your physical pain, and that you are reunited with your loved ones, and pouring your light, blessings, and support on us from the other side.
