BLAIR CAITHNESS Peacefully on January 27, 2012 after a short illness Blair went to be with the Lord with his family by his side. Blair will be greatly missed by all his family members and many friends. We appreciate all the support and encouragement during his time of illness especially Pastor Jeff and Pastor Dan. Many thanks to the staff at St Boniface Palliative Care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Palliative Care Endowment Fund, St. Boniface Hospital and Research Foundation, 409 Tache Ave., Room D1003, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6. A celebration of Blair's life will be held at Springs Church, 725 Lagimodiere Blvd. on Thursday, February 2. Public viewing at 1:30 p.m. Service at 2 p.m.

  • My condolences to Gail & family. I was saddened to hear this past November to hear that Blair had passed away. My brother in Carberry failed to let me know in Calgary of the sad news. Blair was always very entertaining inside and outside the classroom. I worked with him one summer on a carpenters crew and Blair was never short of tricks to keep me on my toes.
