ENID INEZ JAMES (née HANNAH) March 10, 1925 - February 3, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother at Seven Oaks Hospital on Friday, February 3, 2012, at the age of 86. Mom was born and spent the early years of her life in Melita, Manitoba before moving to Winnipeg where she worked at various jobs until finally retiring from the Federal Government in 1986. During this time she also met and married the love of her life, William Atlee Bud James on September 14, 1945. Together they raised their three children and spent 64 happy years together until Dad passed away in 2009. Enid is survived by her children, Bill, Brian (Sandy) and Kathryn, grandchildren, Lee (Renee) James, Kristyn (Ryan) Goodman, Colin and Brett James, Stephanie, James, Angela and Darin Biyak, and great-grandchildren, Riley Goodman and Kylee James. Mom had a great love for her family and they were utmost in her life. The family cannot express the loss they are feeling today and in the years to come. Enid: mom, gramma, great-gramma, sister, aunt and friend, will be in our hearts always. Honorary pallbearers: Lee James, Kristyn Goodman, Colin James, Brett James, Stephanie Biyak, James Biyak, Angela Biyak, Darin Biyak, Riley Goodman and Kylee James. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Thank you to the staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital for their care.
