TIMOTHY ERNEST FEY 1957 - 2012 It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Timothy (Tim) Fey. Tim was predeceased by his father Ernie. Tim leaves to mourn his wife of 27 years, Laurie, daughter Stacey, sons Kyle and Sean, granddaughter Dolche, mother Vicky, brother Brian, sister Valerie, and many other relatives and friends. Tim was an avid outdoorsman, and spent a lot of his spare time enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. Tim was born and raised in Winnipeg, but moved to the country shortly after his marriage to Laurie and built their dream home. It was there they raised their daughter and two sons. Tim will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Respecting Tim's wishes, there will be a private service in the Grand Marais area followed by a private gathering of family and friends to celebrate Tim's life.

  • I haven't seen Tim since 1987 when he was one of my supervisors at Canada Packers. Needless to say, there was rarely a boring moment when Tim was around. I can't imagine what you folks must be going through in this time of loss. My thoughts are with you all. - Posted by: Randy Wedel (Co-worker, buddy) on: Apr 19, 2012

  • Laurie; I realize that's it's probably been 30+ years since I last saw you guys but I just wanted to say that I'm honoured to have known Tim and grateful to have had him as a friend growing up on Dallenlea Ave. My memories may be old but they're really good ones just the same. • Tim has been so much a part of my life, I could never forget him. Tim lived life to it's fullest and did more in his 54 years with us than most people ever could. Family gatherings, camping, fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, hiking, swimming, cutting firewood, icefishing, snowmobiling & cross country skiing were just some of the things we did together. We truly do not know what we have until we lose it. I am thankful for my memories of Tim and I will miss my friend and Brother-in-Law very much. - Posted by: Reg McKay (Brother in Law) on: Feb 08, 2012
