Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALLACE ALGERNON NEPINAK October 7, 1951 - January 29, 2012 Wallace Algernon Nepinak (Papasay / Mush ko tay pi shi ki kha nee pa wit) passed away in Brooks, AB, peacefully with his family by his side on January 29, 2012 at the age of 60 years after a courageous battle with cancer. Wally was born on October 7, 1951, grew up on the Pine Creek First Nation in Camperville, MB. He resided in Brooks and surrounding area for over 30 years. He was predeceased by his parents Valentine and Agnes Nepinak and sister Marlene. Wally is survived by his wife of 18 years, Christine and three daughters: Terri-Lynn (Craig) Gillespie, Elaine (Matthew) Fleming, Hope (Andre) St. Denis and his grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Clarence (Barbara), Linda, Sharon, Joanne, Reg (Caroline) and Mary Jane (Harvey), and their families, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services were held in Brooks on February 3. His family, here in Winnipeg, would like to invite family and friends to come to a celebration of his life at the Whaka Pimadiziiwii Pinaysiiwigamic (Circle of Life Thunderbird House) at Higgins and Main on Saturday, February 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
