KAREN MARIE DUCHARME (KIZUIK) October 8, 1964 - February 26, 2012 It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Karen Marie Ducharme (Kizuik) on February 26, 2012 at St. Boniface hospital following a valiant battle with breast cancer. Karen was a very energetic, outgoing person with a fantastic sense of humour. She loved to be around people. Karen maintained a positive attitude throughout her fight with cancer until the very end. Karen is survived by her husband Marc Fournier; sons Justin and Shane Ducharme; daughter-in-law Jenna Ducharme; stepson Taryn Fournier; ex-husband Dale Ducharme; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her nephew (Jeremy) and father (Thomas) whom Karen now joins in the afterlife. Her love for animals was never ending. It's pointless for me to write and don't want to talk to anyone but I'm pissed off now. I'm pissed off that I grew up and realized. I'm pissed off that I didn't do things that you wanted to because of my lack of respect. I'm pissed off at myself for being so blind to see what I had right infront of my face. I miss you so much mom and I feel like this is maybe just one way of me getting to you even though I know you're untouchable. I will see you in this so called afterlife sooner than you think mom. I. Love. You. - Posted by: Shane (Son) on: Mar 10, 2014
